I motivate learners to become engaged and inquisitive learners through differentiated instruction and by breaking down the classroom hierarchy. Students learn best when instruction is personal, meaningful and relevant. I believe that when learners find their passions, they can excel regardless of their socioeconomic, religious, or cultural backgrounds.
